Ole Red Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen in a legendary music and entertainment venue. You will operate a dishwasher, hand wash dishes, and help maintain sanitation across all kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with industrial dishwashing machines preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans; hand wash as needed.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machine and 3-compartment sink.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work surfaces.
• Assist with basic food prep and unloading deliveries.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to management.
