Ole Times Country Buffet is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain sanitary dishes, utensils, and equipment. You will support the kitchen and dining team by keeping spaces clean and organized, and by helping ensure a smooth shift flow.

The role requires physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 70 lbs, with flexibility for split shifts. Prior dishwasher experience is preferred, and the team emphasizes cooperation and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and work split shifts.
• Professional, neat, and clean appearance.
• Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to company standards.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and perform end-of-day shutdowns.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas, including floors and trash.
