Local Goat in Tennessee is seeking reliable and hardworking dishwashers to join our restaurant kitchen. You will ensure dishes, utensils, glassware and equipment are cleaned and ready, working as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred.
• Must work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are sanitized and available as needed.
• Set up dish machine and close down dish machine according to procedures
• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
• Accommodates all servers and line cooks requests as a priority.
• Keeps entire kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping floors and emptying trash.
• Follow instructions and guidelines from the kitchen manager and chefs.
• Maintains a favorable working condition with fellow employees and managers: promotes a positive and cooperative work environment, which is conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.
