Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services seeks a friendly Dishwasher to operate the dishwashing machine and keep the kitchen's dishroom orderly. You will assist in meal services and ensure proper sanitation in all food areas, supporting a smooth dining operation for residents.

The ideal candidate has prior kitchen experience and can communicate effectively in English with residents and staff. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees and a pay range of $15.28 to $19.83

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience, required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, oral and written, with residents, family members, and staff, required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine and maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, trays, pots, and pans.
• Keep kitchen work areas and dining rooms free of dirty dishes and clutter.
• Deliver clean water pitchers to nursing stations and transport carts as needed.
• Monitor and record water temperatures and cleaning chemical usage as directed.
• Assist in other cleaning assignments and in transportation of residents during emergencies.
