Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
- Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
- Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
- Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
- Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
- Support dining service duties as assigned; help create a safe, organized kitchen environment that supports quality meal service and resident well-being.
