Job summary

Covenant Living on Mercer Island, WA is seeking a Dishwasher to operate the dishwashing machine and maintain clean service areas for our residents. The role emphasizes sanitation, organization, and teamwork in a continuing care setting.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, oral and written, with residents, family members, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine and maintain clean dishware, utensils, and trays.
• Maintain stock areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Deliver clean water pitchers to nursing stations and assist in transportation of items as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors and work areas; keep kitchen and dining rooms free of dirty dishes.
• Assist in other cleaning assignments and sanitation of food-service areas as directed.
