Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westfield, NJ is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and ensure all dishware, cookware and equipment meet food-safety standards. You will set up and operate dishwashing stations, wash and sanitize items, and maintain sanitation logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
