Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support dining services and maintain a clean, organized kitchen for residents.

• Experience with cleaning and sanitizing dishes
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Attention to log maintenance and records

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
