Job summary

The One Group is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards, supporting the BOH team to ensure a smooth dining operation.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining dishwashing areas, operating machines, handling waste, and adhering to health guidelines while contributing to a positive guest experience. This role requires ability to stand for extended periods and may involve nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in kitchen support preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to support the BOH team and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing machines and stock chemicals.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Keep kitchen floors and workstations clean and hazard-free.
• Ensure kitchen tools are stored and ready for use.
• Work with BOH team to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed.
• Execute tasks from Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism.
