Job summary

Do-Rite Donuts & Chicken in Tinley Park is hiring dishwashers to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash, sanitize, and dry utensils, glassware, pots, and pans, while keeping the back of house clean and organized.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and to stand for long periods. Applicants should be able to read a thermometer, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pace to prevent backlog of dirty dishes and glasses.
• Return and restock items after washing and sanitizing.
• Assist with general cleanliness of back of house and restrooms.
• Operate and safely use dish machine and cleaning supplies.
• Communicate effectively with Management and Staff as needed.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
