Responsibilities

• Maintain a pace to prevent back-up of dirty dishes.
• Return and restock items after washing.
• Read and monitor thermometer as required.
• Maintain dishwashing machinery and report issues.
• Identify and notify when cleaning supplies run low.
• Assist with general cleanliness of back of house and restrooms.
