Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in a timely manner to support kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing workstations, floors, and other areas of the kitchen, including trash removal.
• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash items as necessary.
• Cleans the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and Co-workers.
