Golden Corral is hiring a Dishwasher/Utility Person to support kitchen operations and maintain a clean dining environment. The role involves dishwashing, food prep assistance, and general cleaning duties to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing workstations, floors, and other areas of the kitchen
• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash items as necessary
• Cleans the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and Co-workers
• Cleans around the outside of the building and the parking lot
• Checks, cleans, and stocks the rest rooms
• Empties trash into the dumpster and keeps the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
• Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area
• Performs duty roster and CSQ responsibilities
• Ensure all dishes and equipment are properly sanitized according to food safety standards
• Help with food prep when needed, such as peeling, chopping, and storing ingredients
• Assist with restocking clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in their appropriate locations
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure dishes and utensils are available when needed
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and food items
