Ruby Tuesday in Sanford, NC is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils. You will set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following Ruby Tuesday procedures and safety and sanitation requirements.

The role requires standing most of the shift, lifting up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible shift including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems.
• washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware; maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Cleans and maintains floors and restrooms to Ruby Tuesday standards.
• Cleans, rolls, and unrolls kitchen mats.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking as directed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
