Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Ability to stand 100% of shift.
• Works frequently in damp, hot work environment.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware and maintains adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Maintains clean dish area and ensures sanitation of the work space.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Cleans and maintains floors, restrooms, and related areas to Ruby Tuesday standards.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking as directed.
