Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Keeps dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware; maintains clean supplies.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster as scheduled.
• Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
