Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils, setting up and breaking down the dish area, and following Ruby Tuesday procedures and safety standards.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Able to stand 100% of shift.
• Works in damp, hot work environment.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware; maintains adequate levels of clean dishes.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Maintains adequate levels of detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Cleans and maintains floors, restrooms, and kitchen mats.
• Sets up, cleans, and organizes the work area before, during, and after every shift.
