Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; remove trash.
• Clean equipment with specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies like soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
