Square One Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep dishes, glassware, and utensils clean while maintaining a tidy, sanitary kitchen area.

You will operate dishwashing equipment, assist with basic food prep, and support the culinary team to ensure timely service. Candidates should have food safety knowledge, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and be flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and proper handling of food storage, hygiene and sanitation.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow sanitation protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Learn and use POS/cash register software.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.
• Sort, stack and store clean items; keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Support kitchen operations with basic food preparation tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and waste disposal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate tasks.
