Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses.
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen prep areas, including counters and sinks.
• Stocks serving stations and cupboards with necessary dishes.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
