Job summary

Ravenwood Golf Club is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen. You will wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots and pans using industrial equipment, and help keep sinks, counters, floors, and trash areas orderly.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred; Ravenwood Golf Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching and carrying.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including sinks, counters, floors, and trash receptacles.
• Ensure proper storage of clean items in designated areas.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify manager when inventory is low.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep or other tasks as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
