Dormie Network is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations at Dormie Club Golf Club. You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, and help prepare items for service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Clean, sanitary kitchen operations and proper hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Operate and clean dishwashing machines and related equipment.
• Store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Sweep, scrub, and wash floors and kitchen surfaces.
• Stock supplies in appropriate storage locations.
• Prepare and package individual place settings as directed.
• Receive, store, and rotate food and supplies as assigned.
• Load and unload trucks delivering food or supplies when required.
• Assist cooks with opening and closing duties using checklists and standards.
• Adhere to Dormie Network policies, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
