TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC—Moselem Springs Golf Club in Fleetwood, PA is seeking a dishwasher. You’ll maintain cleanliness and sanitation, wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, and assist with general kitchen tasks.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends. Our team focuses on guest satisfaction and safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stewarding experience required or equivalent training.
• Work schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment properly.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and utensils.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, or refrigerators.
• Sweep and wash floors and clean trashcans.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Assist with food preparation during shortages or peak periods.
• Support guest satisfaction goals by maintaining hygiene and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols, MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Additionally, you'll assist with general kitchen cleanliness tasks and adhere to safety protocols to uphold our commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors and clean trashcans.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Perform food preparation functions in the event to staffing shortages or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
