Responsibilities

• Learn food service routine quickly and support the cook and dietary supervisor.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain cleanliness of kitchen.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks for residents.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors and surfaces.
• Record chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine.
• Keep refrigerators and work surfaces clean and orderly.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
