Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strip and wash returned trays and dishes.

• Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and kitchen floors.
• Observe and record dishwasher water temperatures and chlorine levels.
• Assist with orientation and training of dietary staff and maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.
