Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly and support meal service.
• Strip, wash dishes, and assist with dishwashing operations.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; assist with serving meals.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwasher at shift start.
• Observe dishwasher temperatures during cycles and operate the machine.
• Clean surfaces, refrigerators, and floors; sweep and mop as needed.
• Carry out trash disposal and grocery stocking with safety in mind.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing dietary staff training.
• Collaborate with Cook and Dietary Supervisor to maintain sanitation.
