Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Able to operate commercial dishwashing equipment and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized; empty trash and maintain sanitation.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils for easy access by staff.
• Support kitchen team during busy periods with basic tasks.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and proper chemical handling.
• Monitor inventory of dishwashing supplies and report shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow.
