Job summary

The Whitaker Group is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will wash wares by hand or with dishwashers, correctly store clean equipment, and stock serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators.

The role requires adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, a detail‑oriented approach, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment alongside kitchen staff. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; physical work includes lifting up to 60

Responsibilities

• Wash wares by hand or using dishwashers.
• Store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned areas.
• Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with necessary items.
• Clean trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Move dishwashing supplies and equipment to the work area by hand or with hand trucks.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods as directed.
• Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and sanitary per health guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
