Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Dishwasher at the Hotel Amarano Burbank to support kitchen operations by washing dishes and equipment. You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the dishroom and related areas.

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all dishroom areas.

• Clean tile walls and baseboards.

Description

We are looking for an energetic, speedy, accurate, organized, and self-directed full-time Dishwasher to join the Kitchen Team at the luxurious Hotel Amarano Burbank. The Dishwasher will support the operations of the Kitchen team by washing all the dishes and necessary equipment to keep our kitchen lines moving.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling for nights, weekends, and holidays.
