Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishware and equipment clean and sanitized in a resident-centered dining program. You will adhere to food safety standards, maintain temperature logs, and assist with storage and rotation of supplies to ensure a safe and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
