Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Plano, TX is seeking a Kitchen and Dining Attendant to maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition while delivering high-level service to residents.

You will work closely with the culinary leadership to support meal service, sanitation standards, and event meals, and you will perform other duties as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure residents are satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen and dish area in a neat, sanitary manner.
• Assist with transportation and storage of food and supplies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
