Job summary

Cornbread Ventures is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The role involves cleaning dishes, sanitation, and maintaining orderly storage in dining areas. You will ensure proper food handling and rotate supplies per safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills with good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning.
• Handle food storage and rotation following sanitary procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room, Bistro and related areas.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations on food storage, cleaning and preparation.
