Job summary

White Lodging operates premium-brand hotels and restaurants. At JW Marriott Austin, we are seeking a Dishwasher to support the kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

No prior experience required; must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced team setting. Day 1 benefits include health coverage, parental leave, PTO, tuition assistance, and 401(k) with match.

• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to work hard is essential.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
