White Lodging is seeking a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain cleanliness, support the culinary team, and ensure a safe, efficient back-of-house operation in a busy hotel restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and back-of-house teammates in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.
• Comfort and efficiency working in a high-volume commercial kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment using cleaning chemicals.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment.
• Scrape food from dishes and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
• Sort silverware, load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards.
• Sort and store clean china, glassware, silverware, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading products and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
