White Lodging is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to keep back-of-house operations clean and efficient in a premium hotel setting. You will support the culinary team, maintain sanitation, and contribute to great dining experiences across its properties.

Qualifications

• Active unexpired Food Handler's Certification is required.
• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required; willingness to learn is valued.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment.
• Scrape dirtied dishes and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
• Sort silverware and load/unload the dishwasher to meet sanitation standards.
• Sort and store clean China, glassware, and utensils using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading products and support the culinary team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean China, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and back-of-house teammates in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment
• Comfort working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen setting
• Physical ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods throughout your shift
• Active unexpired Food Handler's Certification required
