Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. You will help keep the kitchen clean, assist the culinary team, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and the ability to stand and move quickly for long periods are essential for success in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
• Ensure floor and work surfaces are free of trash or water to prevent accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load/unload the dishwasher.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, and other items using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Dishwasher, you will help ensure smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.


• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.


• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.


• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.


• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.


• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
