Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. You will support the culinary team and help ensure safe, efficient back-of-house operations, with a clear path for growth within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or in the dishwasher
• Sort silverware and load/unload the dishwasher to maintain sanitation
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, and platters
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and support the culinary team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
