White Lodging is seeking a motivated Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to maintain cleanliness, support the culinary team, and keep a safe, efficient back-of-house operation in a fast-paced hotel setting in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe environment.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware and load/unload the dishwasher to meet sanitation standards.
• Sort and store clean china, glassware, and utensils using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from trucks and support the culinary team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
