Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a dishwasher to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will wash and sanitize dishes, load and unload washers, and help maintain clean, organized work areas.

• The dishwasher can work collaboratively with peers and the kitchen staff.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• No experience needed but need a desire to work hard.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• The dishwasher will sweep, mop floors, wash worktables and walls of the refrigerators and other equipment assigned using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher. Sort silverware before cleaning. Load and unload dishwasher properly.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, platters, etc. using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
