Job summary

Whole Foods Market Marlboro is seeking a kitchen helper to keep the dishwashing station clean and support daily kitchen operations. You will wash and sanitize wares, maintain a tidy kitchen area, and assist with product storage and rotation while delivering friendly service to customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include timely shifts, adherence to health and safety standards, and collaboration with store teams.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follows and complies with health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
