Job summary

Ciel Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of china, glassware, tableware, and utensils. You will operate the dishwashing machine, assist in serving and plating meals, and help keep the kitchen area clean and safe for residents and staff.

The position requires English literacy, the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and current Food Handler’s Card.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Food Handler’s card.
• English literacy ability required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing machine and assist in kitchen area when needed.
• Assist residents to dining area if required.
• Ensure safe, sanitary dishwashing area and logs are kept up to date.
• Support cook with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Wipe spills and maintain dry floors; attend required trainings.
