Legend Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and serveware, supporting the culinary team with a high standard of dining for residents.

You will operate the dish machine, handle laundry for linens, and communicate with residents and staff while following health and safety policies. This role supports a premium dining experience and may require evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and serveware.
• Operate the dish machine to wash dishes and related items.
• Follow health code requirements for preparation and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment.
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items.
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements.
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster.
• Laundering table linens.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
