Qualifications

• Six months of kitchen or similar work experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required (including TB tests).
• Vaccination expectations and PPE may be required per safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport and return dishes, wash and sanitize after meals.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and sanitation in dish room and dining areas.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
