Oakmont Management Group is a premier senior living operator, overseeing communities across multiple states. The Dishwasher ensures dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly, supporting residents and team members while upholding safety standards.

The role involves prep, transport, and sanitation tasks, responding to residents with care, and promoting teamwork across departments in a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer six (6) months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening tests required.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen, clear, wash and sanitize, then return to storage.
• Assist with breaking down the kitchen for clean-up and general sanitation.
• Respond to resident concerns and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and departments.
