Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Oakland, CA is hiring a Dishwasher to keep the dish room organized and ensure dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly for residents and staff. You will support meal service areas and help with kitchen cleanup.

Responsibilities include transporting dishes, washing, sanitizing, and responding professionally to resident concerns while maintaining safety standards and promoting teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of kitchen or similar setting experience.
• Must be able to interact professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to kitchen, wash, sanitize, and return to storage.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation across dining areas and equipment.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
