Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and work areas in orderly sanitary condition.
• Belongs to a team that ensures cleanliness and sanitation throughout the operation.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains proper temperature and chemical levels.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or with a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver when required and maintains sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards.
• Removes trash and maintains cleanliness of work areas.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
