Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as required.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and cleans equipment according to procedures to maintain sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and maintains safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans work surfaces and areas.
• Removes trash and assists with loading/unloading supplies as needed.
