Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, equipment and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Scrapes, rinses and washes dishes; operates dishwasher as assigned.
• Polishes silverware and ensures complete cleanliness.
• Keeps dish area orderly and complies with safety standards.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading.
