Travel + Leisure Co. in Las Vegas seeks a dedicated dishwashing associate to maintain cleanliness of dishware, utensils, and kitchen areas. You will support all staff with sanitation, load machines, and ensure a steady supply of clean items during peak hours.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Required Clark County Health Card.
• Gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude toward guests.
• Flexible schedule with full availability on nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize used smallwares from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china).
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock and inform to order when necessary.
• Check washing machines' operation and promptly report issues.
• Remove garbage regularly.
