Gen3 Hospitality in Las Vegas is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the back-of-house. You will wash dishes, pots and pans, polish silverware, and help ensure the kitchen is ready for daily business.

The role requires basic English, physical stamina, and the ability to work weekends and some holidays. This full-time position supports multiple shifts and contributes to a fast-paced restaurant environment where cleanliness and efficiency are essential for service

Qualifications

• 1 year of cleaning experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to speak and read basic English.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the property.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain stamina.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, pots and pans to keep the kitchen clean.
• Clean up trash in kitchen areas.
• Polish silverware.
• Prepare the kitchen for daily business.
• Follow sanitation standards and policies.
